We have received great feedback customers are receiving their products well in advance of the estimated processing and shipping allowance.

We will continue to strive to get your products out to you as quickly as possible, and assist in meeting shorter timeframes noted on orders, where possible.

However to avoid disappointment, allow the recommended timeframe. As a general rule, please allow 2 - 3 business days for processing online orders (orders are generally dispatched sooner). The shipping timeframes will vary dependent on destination.

Estimated timeframes for online orders including both processing and shipping, follows:

RETURN POLICY

Dog & Bone’s online shop is covered by a full 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee policy. All products purchased from Dog & Bone’s online shop may be returned within 30 days of purchase, as described below, ensuring customer satisfaction is delivered on every purchase.

Dog & Bone accepts returns within 30 days of the original purchase if the Dog & Bone product was purchased directly from Dog & Bone. If the Dog & Bone product was purchased from a retailer of Dog & Bone products, you should contact that retailer.

To request a return, you must email customerservice@dogandbonecases.com your a) original order number, b) payment information, c) item/s to be returned and d) reason for return. All details are required for processing. Dog & Bone will verify your return is being made within the 30 day return period. Once your order number of the return request is verified, Dog & Bone will send you an email inclusive of your RMA number and instructions for the return. In no event will Dog & Bone accept any shipment that is sent C.O.D.

Dog & Bone cannot accept returned Dog & Bone Products in packages without an RMA number. You must clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package containing your Dog & Bone Product.

Returning a Dog & Bone product without an RMA number waives all of Dog & Bone’s responsibilities under the return policy, even if proof of delivery is available, due to our inability to match your purchase with the returned Dog & Bone product – so, if you send us a package without the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package, you understand and acknowledge that you will lose both the Dog & Bone product(s) in the package as well as any applicable refund you would have received under the return policy.

When returning the Dog & Bone product to Dog & Bone, you must use an insured carrier service with a tracking number. Please provide us with the return information when available. As part of the requirements for this Return Policy, the returned Dog & Bone Product must be received by us (at the address specified in the return instructions we provide you via email with your RMA number), in the original and resalable condition and in the original packaging. A full description of why you are returning the Dog & Bone Product must be included.

For approved returns, Dog & Bone will refund to you the purchase price you paid for the returned Dog & Bone Product. Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit to the Credit Card you used for the original purchase, less shipping charges (which are non-refundable) and less a 15% restocking fee. Please allow approximately 5-7 business days after receipt of your return for your credit to be issued. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the credit once it has been issued.
